Client Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation when:
- The freelancer has not started work.
- Delivery is significantly delayed.
- The freelancer agrees to cancel.
- Work cannot reasonably be completed.
Freelancer Cancellations
Freelancers may cancel orders when:
- Clients fail to provide required information.
- Clients violate platform policies.
- Requests fall outside the agreed scope.
Repeated cancellations may negatively affect account standing.
